NEW FOR 2024-2025 MEMBERSHIP:  You may join WACPC and either NDCA or USA Cheer in one payment.  If you elect a national organization membership, your registration information and payment will be sent to the national group on your behalf.  If you are including a national organization in your membership, please register by AUGUST 31st!

NOTE:  Each coach should create their own sports engine account and register.  If multiple coaches should be on the same invoice after registering, please email vp@wacpc.com with the list of who should be included on the invoice.  

You will have a choice of paying via credit card or having an invoice sent to you if paying by check.

WACPC is an organization created by coaches for the purpose of assisting and encouraging the growth and improvement of the sports of cheer and dance throughout the state of Wisconsin. It is the only governing body for cheerleaders and dancers in the state that is recognized by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association. WACPC coaches have the opportunity to join a support network of fellow coaches, acquire coaching education, and provide their spirit athletes with opportunities to last a lifetime.  All head coaches or coaches attending a conference must have membership.  Team staff only attending applicable competition can be registered when completing team registration form.

MEMBERSHIP FEES (Each member must register separately)

• Individual WACPC Coaching Membership $75
• Individual WACPC Coaching Membership AND National Dance Coaches Association (NDCA) Annual Membership $105
• Individual WACPC Coaching Membership AND USA Cheer Annual Coaches Professional Membership $105
• Individual WACPC Non-Coaching Membership $50

If PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD, please have your credit card information ready prior to beginning membership form. 

• There will be a 3% credit card fee plus a $2 service charge.

If PAYING WITH SCHOOL OR PERSONAL CHECK, please indicate I WANT TO BE INVOICED in the payment options. You will receive an invoice to submit to school for payment.   

Membership is not active until payment has been received by Treasurer. All memberships are nonrefundable.
