Jaci Kosin Sportsmanship Award Guidelines

WACPC will select one cheer team and one dance team as recipients of the Jaci Kosin Sportsmanship Award each year. All participating WACPC organizations are eligible for the award, regardless of the number of WACPC events attended. The selection process includes contributions and evaluations from contest officials, contest management, security personnel, WACPC staff, WACPC members, and hotel personnel.

The award winners will be determined by the conduct and sportsmanship displayed by athletes, coaches, and spectators (students and adults).

Award winners will receive a plaque and recognition at a WACPC event. The award winners’ information will also be placed in WACPC publication, on the web site, in the state programs for the following year, and forwarded to the WIAA office.
