2011 Scholarships

For the 18th year, WACPC is proud to be offering sixteen individual - $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors of the Class of 2011 who are involved in the
sports of Cheer and Dance. The number of scholarships awarded per sport will be based on the percentage of applicants per sport for the total of sixteen.

Application Procedure

REQUIRED CRITERIA

• Team Coach must be a current member of WACPC
• Academic Achievement
• Extracurricular Activities
• Graduating Senior
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale

OTHER APPLICANT INFORMATION

• Completed Scholarship Application click here for 7-page printable document
• Coach’s letter of recommendation
• One other letter of recommendation such as Teacher/Administrator/Community Representative
• Personal Essay (additional information provided on application)
• Copy of High School Transcript (from the past 7 semesters)
• Wallet size senior class picture (head shot is appropriate)
• All materials must be postmarked by March 1st

Notes:   
Do not staple any materials, rather clip all items together
Do not fold any materials
Late, Incomplete, or applications not meeting required criteria will not be considered
