The purpose of the Wisconsin Cheer and Dance Hall of Fame is to recognize and honor those involved in cheer and dance who have contributed to, or worked to advance his/her chosen sport. The contributions of those inducted may be in such areas of specialization as coaching, choreography, music, event production, administration, organizational leadership or performance. The Hall of Fame is a vehicle to provide recognition of the sports’ most outstanding contributors. It is an important means of preserving the history of cheer and dance in the state of Wisconsin. Inductees will be recognized at the WACPC Fall Conference and recipients will also be featured on this website page.

Induction Criteria

CONTRIBUTION
Has the nominee made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of cheer and/or dance in the state of Wisconsin?

PROMINENCE
Have the nominee's achievements in coaching, choreography, music, event production, administration, organizational leadership, or performance distinguished them from his/her contemporaries?  Will his/her contribution continue to be valued by cheer/dance participants into the future? 

INFLUENCE
Has the nominee's influence been of major significance to the sport, even though contributions may have been confined largely to a single field of specialization?

These criteria will be applied to the four pillars of the WACPC mission statement, E=MC2; Education, Motivation, Collaboration, Celebration.
