2023 WACPC Fall District Meetings

Fall district meetings were held virtually.

During the District Meetings there were be general association updates for the following areas:

Cheer Committee Updates

Dance Committee Updates

Rules Updates

WACPC conducts August meetings each year to interpret the new NFHS Spirit Rules.  You will receive a copy with your paid membership of these rules.  Athletic directors all receive a copy of this booklet as well.  In addition you may find it online.  Attendees should bring their new edition of the NFHS spirit rules.  All scholastic coaches competing at a WACPC competition must complete the Rule Interpretation Process which involves either attending your district meeting or reviewing the recording of the meeting.

As part of the spring meetings, elections for the WACPC Board of Directors will also be held. In order to vote or run for a board position, your WACPC membership dues must be paid for the current membership year.

In addition to reviewing rules and participating in the WACPC election process, these meetings provide an excellent opportunity to ask questions, voice your opinions, and network with other coaches from your district.

** NOTE **

Any coach who wishes to accompany their team through competition rotation, and enter other team only areas, are required to be members of WACPC.  Coaches are responsible for knowing the information provided in their NFHS Rule Books, as well as information provided via the rule interpretation presentation at a district meeting.  Coaches will acknowledge they have read and understand all NFHS and WACPC rules (handbook) when completing their registration.
