Teams
are responsible for reporting on time based on their
PERFORMANCE NUMBER. Performance times are APPROXIMATE
so please be aware of where we are in the line up
through out the day.
·
Mat time
for cheer teams is available on a first come, first
served basis. There is no guarantee of mat time. Each
team will receive a maximum of 2 minutes. Please sign
up at announcers table.
·
Dance
teams will not
have floor time available. Sound checks can be performed
prior to cheer awards and between cheer and dance
competition. We will not delay the competition to allow
for sound checks. First come, first served.
·
The
photographer will be located in the field house across
from the rock wall.
·
When We
Were Young Productions will be selling professional
videotapes/DVDs of the event. Parents/coaches may tape
THEIR TEAM ONLY. No passes are required.
·
The
performance sound system has a cassette deck and a CD
player. Please have backups available and be aware that
some “homemade” CDs do not play in all sound systems.
·
Your
team will be assigned a space outside of the field house
to store your stuff. Space is limited and will be
assigned by registration date. Please talk with your
team about not touching items in the classroom, not
writing on boards, etc…leave the space exactly as you
have found it. Don’t forget to turn in your
Room Agreement Form.
·
Remind
your parents and spectators that ONLY TEAMS will be
allowed down classroom hallways for the safety and
privacy of all athletes.
·
Concessions will be available in the commons. Please
keep food and drink out of the field house and
classrooms. T-shirts will be sold in the field house
near the rock wall.
·
There is
an auxiliary gym available for practice. You will be
allowed in the auxiliary gym six teams prior to your
performance. Four teams will be in the gym, one team
will be on deck and one will be in the hole.
·
All
athletes, coaches, and participants are expected to
comply with National Federation and WACPC rules and
sportsmanship guidelines.
